The 38th District is a vibrant growing region with a bright future.
That is a great framework for what we can become As an urban planner,
I have a plan that will assist in making our area all that it should
be.....a kind of "Promise of the Southland." This plan has already
started. It endeavors to bring business, government, major
universities, research agencies and the public together for community,
cultural and economic development in this region. I need your help to
make it a reality. Thank you for the support that you have given me
throughout the years.
